YouTube Terms of Service: What Download Sites Should Disclose

Contracts differ from copyright statutes

YouTube’s ToS governs your relationship with the platform. Even if some activity falls into a copyright exception in your country, you might still breach the service agreement—risking account loss.

Transparent sites win long-term trust

Link to YouTube’s current terms, summarize that users are responsible for compliance, and never claim to “unlock” paid or restricted content illegally.

When to split a mega-post into two URLs

If scroll depth metrics show drop-off before half the article, consider a part two with internal links. Two focused URLs can earn distinct long-tail queries.

Avoid thin part twos that only repeat part one—each page needs standalone value.
